Deepwater

Experienced Supervisor Support Onsite – Pro-T delivers an experienced employee on location in the roll of supervisor with at least 10 years of experience in the field.  He is the sole contact between our company, the crew on location, and the customer. His duties include, but are not limited to: organizing the crew on location; checking the fluid for solids and NTUs; dealing with the customer representative on location; paperwork and reports; and maintaining contact with the customer and Pro-T.

oilfield filtration applicationsDual and Tri-Manifolds – Pro-T has manufactured a dual and tri-manifold system for running two and three unit jobs. The manifold is put in one place and handles both the suction and discharge of the filtration units. The manifolds are made of stainless steel and have butterfly valves that allow the Operator to run one, two, or three units at a time and can change units from one stationary place with little or no shut down time.

High-Volume Filtration Units –  1700 sq. ft. filtration packages that allow for a longer filtration cycle.  These units are stackable and take up less space than un-stackable units. They also include the latest in safety equipment, including a staircase and handrail system that eliminates the need for lanyards and fall protection.

Crew Experience – Individuals who are highly-trained in safety and operations of filtration equipment.

Electronic Paperwork – All of Pro-T’s operators have laptops with the company’s paperwork on them.  This provides an easy path for both daily reports and final tickets.

Shelf

Complete Selection of Filtration Package Sizes – Pro-T offers several different size filtration packages for different hole volumes, and completion types, to meet space limitations that some smaller shelf rigs may require.

Barge

Land

Self-Contained Units – Pro-T’s land packages are rigged up on a drop-deck trailer when it leaves the yard. This allows the Operator to put unit as close to the pit system without being in the way. It also saves on rig up time with only a suction and discharge hose needed to complete rig up and start filtering. An air compressor is also included in the package.

Wash Out Platforms – Provides a safer way to wash out the filter press.
